Outside of her professional endeavors, Dawn is an active industry leader and a passionate member of her community. She serves on the Ebby Halliday Realtors' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, various MLS Committees, past president of the Dallas Chapter of Executive Women International, and past president of the Chi Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. 

Dawn's dedication to giving back extends beyond her professional commitments. She volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Team Quest Track Club, among other local organizations. Dawn strongly believes in supporting education and is involved with Pearls of Service, Inc., an organization that raises funds for scholarships. 

In her free time, Dawn enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active. As a proud University of Miami and an Arizona State University mom, she takes great pride in her role as a supportive parent.
